This allows us time to chat, understand your goals, specific health challenges, and where you need to focus.
02. NUTRITION ASSESSMENT
We'll meet for an initial session and begin to explore your relationship to food, exercise, self-care, and medical condition(s).
Together we will identify goals to help move you toward authentic health.
03. FOLLOW UP + SUPPORT
I’ll partner with you to work towards your goals, troubleshoot challenges and help you make sustainable changes to improve your health. You'll begin to experience food freedom without restriction or shame.

I accept all major credit cards. Payment is required prior to scheduled consultation.

Although I do not accept insurance at this time, I can provide a receipt (superbill) for you that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Best used for those who’ve met their deductible or their insurance allows out-of-network billing.

Life happens. You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. A $75 fee will be charged for No Shows.
